Lecture presented by Dr. Saad Al-Shahrani on (the study of factors affecting the thermal melting process for the pharmaceutical production)
Under the patronage of the faculty dean Prof. Khalid bin Mohammed Khery, the faculty of pharmacy has organized a lecture on (the study of factors affecting the thermal melting process for the pharmaceutical production) presented by Dr. Saad Al-Shahrani, assistant Professor of Pharmaceutics Department, on Tuesday, 14/5/1437 H corresponding to 02/23/2016
Dr. Saad mentioned that the thermal melting is the latest technology currently used in the pharmaceutical industry. In this lecture, he focuses on the factors affecting the process of thermal melting and then evaluate these factors to increase the quality of pharmaceuticals manufactured in this way. Also he discussed how to improve the effectiveness of drugs used for oral and increasing life span which will reflect positively on the drug to the patient effectively.
This lecture was organized in the framework of the unity of development activities and the quality of the faculty, headed by the Vice Dean for Development and Quality, Dr. Abdullah bin Ali al-Qahtani in the second semester for the academic year 1436/1437 AH.
