Under the auspices of the Dean prof. Khalid bin Mohammed Khervy, the college has organized a lecture on : (MMP10 enzyme's role in lung cancer of non-small cell type, and assess this enzyme as a target drug for any therapeutic intervention) presented by Dr. Abdualziz Saidan Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacology on Tuesday 12/30/1437
The lecture was on lung cancer (non-small cell) as it is characterized by resisting the traditional chemical drugs, to exploit our knowledge of protein or molecular pathways in support of this disease by targeting new drugs discouraging or used to improve the delivery of chemical drugs to tumors and represent the basis of this research.
The lecture was in the context of the unity of development and the quality of the faculty, headed by the Vice Dean for development and quality, Dr. Abdullah bin Ali al-Qahtani in the first semester of the academic year 1436/1437 AH.
