Since its founding in 2009, the College of Pharmacy at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University has proudly upheld its mission to cultivate skilled professionals ready to excel in today’s evolving job market. Aligned with the Kingdom’s commitment to enhancing public health, the college passionately engages in innovative programs and projects. Focusing on excellence in pharmaceutical education, it recruits and develops a remarkable academic staff, all while enthusiastically supporting the university’s vision and strategic goals.
In alignment with the vision of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, the College of Pharmacy strives for excellence in pharmaceutical education. It promotes scientific research that contributes to the knowledge economy and encourages partnerships and social responsibility. Recognizing its significant role in training national professionals, the college is committed to providing high-quality education that adheres to the highest recognized standards. Additionally, it ensures that its educational outcomes align with the demands of the job market.
The College of Pharmacy offers an excellent academic program for the Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences degree, featuring five main specializations: Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, and Pharmacognosy. Each department follows an approved study plan to ensure that students are well-prepared for various roles in the pharmaceutical field, whether in healthcare, industrial, or organizational sectors. Additionally, the college plans to introduce several postgraduate programs across different pharmacy specializations, which will enhance expertise, promote scientific research, and support the objectives of the Kingdom’s Human Capability Development Program.
The college’s dean and dedicated faculty are passionately committed to enhancing our academic programs, ensuring they align with the latest developments in pharmaceutical education and the standards at top institutions.
