وحدة الأنشطة الطلابية تنظم برنامج "الصحة واللياقة "

في إطار تعزيز المفاهيم الصحية لدى طالبات الكلية استضافت وحدة الأنشطة الطلابية بعض مدربات المركز الرياضي كوني قوية وذلك يوم الأثنين الموافق 11/7/1440 بهدف تشيع الطالبات والمنسوبات على ممارسة الرياضة لمافيه من منافع صحية على الجسم  والوقاية من الكثير من الأمراض ،حيث أقام المركز ركن تفاعلي للطالبات  تحدثن فيه عن القياسات المثالية والصحية التي ينبغي على الشخص السليم الحفاظ عليها وقد اشتمل الركن على جهاز in body والذي بدوره يقوم بأخذ قياسات وكتلة الجسم كذلك تم شرح بعض الأدوات الرياضية وقد استمتعن الطالبات بتجربة الجهاز وتعرفن على أهم النقاط الصحية الواجب مراعاتها من أجل جسم سليم كذلك تم الإجابة على كثير من استفسارات الطالبات فيما يخص اللياقة والمحافظة على وزن مثالي وفي نهاية الفعالية تم تقديم شهادة شكر للمركز من قبل ممثلة وحدة الأنشطة الثقافية والاجتماعية بالكلية أ.سارة البواردي .
