Patented invention for the treatment of stomach ulcers for both Prof. Amani Awad and dr. Ahmed Afify

A new patented innovation to the Deputy Head of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department for the treatment of new and safe for the treatment of stomach ulcers and bacteria Alhlekopktermn product integrating natural and industrial products.

 

The scientific team headed by the deputy of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Amani Shafik Awad Professor at pharmacognosy Department, with the assistance of both the head of the Chemistry Department of Pharmaceutical Dr. Ahmed Afify, and Dr. Reham Miligy pharmacology assistant professor at King Saud University, the discovery of new treatment and safe for the treatment of stomach ulcers and the bacteria that cause them, known as Alhayloco Bactr pylori isolated clinically has been found that this compound effect on the prevention of the updated stomach ulcers in  experimental animals depends on the concentration of the dose given to them has reached the prevention rate of stomach ulcers of this compound 66.7 per dose of 100 mg / kg. The has compared the effect of this compound with drug treatment ulcer existing markets and the impact of the compund better than the drug used when using the same dosage.

This compound also showed also a strong influence as an Hayloco Bactr pylori isolated clinically has reached the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of these bacteria -50 12.5 micrograms / ml. Compound showed an absolute lack of toxicity in experimental animals or traces on the side and kidney and liver functions.

This compound is an integration of the industrial complex, a natural amino acid called Yusen with another compound is Asalafohna lamed.
